CORFU | Town Hall of Corfu - Saborgian and Martinego Bastions

Starting at Agion Panton Street and on the way to Gilford Street, the visitor will meet the Town Hall and the Catholic Cathedral Church of St. Jacob and St. Christopher. Making a short detour to Moustoxydi Street, the visitor will see the building of the Old Ionian Parliament.  A few meters further on Gilford Street, one may visit the Church of Agia Paraskevi and Agios Ioannis Theologos. The visitor may proceed to the Ioniou Acadimias Street and find the Leonida Vlachou Square, where he can see the Meitland Peristyle. The touring ends at the Savorgnan and Martinego Ramparts.
The route passes by many noteworthy places, such as the Church of Agion Panton, the Church of Panagia Vlacherna, the Town Hall Square, etc. Along Moustoxydi Street, there is the Servian Museum of Corfu and the Church of Panagoula. At the end of the touring there is the famous Spianada Square, which is the biggest square in the Balcan region.
